These terms apply to services from Jimenez AI, a sole proprietorship of Guillermo Jimenez in Greenville, North Carolina.

Free fixes

Sometimes I fix one small problem for a business free, to show what I do. A free fix comes with no obligation and no charge, now or later.

Paid work

Paid work is quoted in writing with a fixed price and a start date before I begin. Nothing is billed unless you approve the quote. Optional monthly care plans keep a fix running and supported. They are billed monthly, and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current month.

Your accounts and data

You keep ownership of your accounts, websites and data. Where a fix uses a third-party tool, the account is in your name and any cost is quoted to you before setup.

Text messaging terms

If you opt in to texts from Jimenez AI (for example appointment confirmations and reminders), you’ll receive messages related to your appointments and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, and HELP for help, or email guillermo@jimenezai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
