Jimenez AI is a sole proprietorship of Guillermo Jimenez in Greenville, North Carolina (“Jimenez AI,” “I,” “me”). This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and your choices.

Information I collect

• Business contact information that businesses publish (business name, phone number, website, email), which I use to contact businesses about my services.
• Information you give me when you talk with me, email me, or hire me: your name, phone number, email, and details about your business.
• Call records. Calls with my business phone line may be recorded and transcribed so I can keep accurate notes and improve my service. North Carolina allows this with one party’s consent. If you’d rather a call not be recorded, tell me and I’ll turn recording off.
• Information needed to do the work, such as access you choose to give me to your website or tools. I use it only for the job you asked for.

How I use it

• To contact businesses about my services, and to respond when you contact me.
• To do the work you hire me for, and to provide support.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and account notices you’ve agreed to receive.
• To keep records the law requires, including my do-not-call list.

Text messages

I only send text messages to people who have given me their mobile number and agreed to receive texts from Jimenez AI, for example to confirm or remind them about an appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

I don’t sell personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run the business (for example my phone, email and hosting providers), and only so they can provide that service, or when the law requires it.

Do not call and email opt-out

If you don’t want calls from me, tell me on the call or email me, and I’ll add you to my do-not-call list right away. Every email I send includes a way to opt out, and I honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

Security and retention

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect information. I keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
